Eastern New Mexico University is seeking applicants for full time faculty member beginning August 2022. Tenure-track is available (dependent upon qualifications), as is an extended contract and/or summer employment. Academic rank, salary, and tenure track eligibility will be commensurate with education and experience. Applicants with administrative, program direction, and leadership skills may be considered for additional appointments after 2 years of service. Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include supervising graduate practicums, providing clinical services in both medical and university clinical settings, and teaching graduate and/or undergraduate courses in CDIS. Research and other scholarly activity expectations will be determined by academic rank. The faculty member will be expected to assist with ASHA accreditation compliance as assigned, and to participate in regular program, departmental, and university service activities. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
The candidate should present: 1) CCC-SLP; 2) Earned doctorate, ABD, or Master’s degree; 3) at least two years of CDIS practice experience; and 4) eligibility for NM licensure as SLP
